FAQS
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network practice and do not bill insurance for office visits or in-office labs. You’ll never pay a co-pay or get surprise bills; with this model, everything is included and transparent.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We are currently accepting new families. Please contact us to learn more or schedule an appointment with us — we would love to meet you!
Do I still need insurance?
Yes, we recommend that you continue to have insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, specialist visits, prescriptions, labs, or imaging. Consider your membership as comprehensive everyday care and your insurance as a safety net for the unexpected.
Do you have a sibling discount?
Yes. Each additional child receives a 20% discount, with a family maximum of $350 per month.
What if we are out of town and my child gets sick?
You will still have access to your pediatrician through text, call, or email, no matter where you are. Dr. Jafri will guide you on next steps and may even be able to provide virtual care when appropriate.
How do I pay for membership?
Membership fees are payable through direct bank withdrawal or credit card. Most families also use their HSA or FSA for reimbursement.
What if my kids rarely get sick — is this model right for us?
Absolutely. Childhood is full of surprises — fevers, minor injuries, last-minute sports forms, and unexpected illnesses. In a traditional practice, these moments can mean long waits or urgent care visits. Here, you’ll have same-day access, continuity, and a trusted relationship — often at a cost far lower than a single ER or urgent care visit.
Do you have a vaccination policy?
We believe very strongly in preventive medicine, and vaccinations are the key to keeping children healthy. While we’re open to thoughtful discussion and individualized scheduling, we’re not the right fit for families who choose not to vaccinate.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 30-day notice prior to the cancellation of membership
