Meet the Doctor
Dr. Zehra Jafri, MD FAAP

I completed my medical education in Pakistan and my Pediatric Residency at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
During my training, I developed a special interest in developmental pediatrics, which led me to my research on the link between Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). This was presented at the Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) Meeting.
I have completed advanced certification through the REACH Institute in the evidence-based management of ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I am currently completing a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (University of Arizona). My philosophy combines modern pediatrics with the art of integrative medicine to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that looks beyond the symptoms - fosters balance, resilience, and lifelong wellness.
My experience working within the traditional healthcare system has been invaluable. It helped me realise how much I enjoy providing care that is more personal, unhurried, and relationship-focused. Aspire Pediatrics grew from that vision—a practice aligned with my values and my belief in whole-child, family-centred care.

20% Sibling Discount
$350 / Month – Family Maximum (Up to 4 Children)
